Services
Lavish Technology Solutions provides custom audio, video, networking, and technology installation services. All services are provided based on individual proposals, estimates, or agreements.
Pricing and Payments
Payment terms are outlined in individual client proposals or agreements.
Projects may include deposits, progress payments, and final balances depending on scope of work. All payments are due according to the terms agreed upon prior to work beginning.
Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services until resolved.
Change Orders
Requests for changes to the original scope of work may result in additional charges.
Change orders may be approved in writing, by email, or verbally and confirmed by our team. Additional labor, materials, or design changes may be billed accordingly.
Project Completion
Project completion is based on the scope defined in the proposal. Once installation or services are substantially completed and operational, remaining balance may become due unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Warranty and Limitations
We provide a limited workmanship warranty as outlined in individual proposals.
Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and components where applicable.
We are not responsible for failures caused by third-party equipment, improper use, environmental factors, or external service providers.
Client Provided Equipment
We are not responsible for performance issues, failures, or damage related to equipment supplied by the client or third parties.
Additional labor required to install or support client-provided equipment may be billed separately.
Returns and Special Orders
Due to the custom nature of our work, returns are generally not accepted.
Special order items may be non-refundable once ordered. Some items may be subject to restocking fees or manufacturer return policies.
Liability
Lavish Technology Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or equipment installation.
We are not responsible for issues caused by external infrastructure, utilities, or third-party systems outside our scope of work.

Proposal Terms Control
